* First step is anticipation: hemorrhage tray should always be available on request
* In case of bleeding:

# Apply compression
# Increase pneumoperitoneum to 20 mm hg (particularly helpful to reduce venous bleeding)
# Can use a rolled gauze sponge to tamponade or to grasp the arterial stump
# Improve exposure and use careful suction (venous bleeding will increase with loss of pneumoperitoneum)
# Determine whether minimally-invasive repair is still possible or not. If it is not possible, conversion to open surgery should be done as soon as possible
