This website was founded in 2020 during the COVID lockdown by Dr. Madhur Nayan.

At the time, Dr. Nayan was a final year resident in urology preparing for the upcoming board certification exam. However, due to the COVID lockdown, the exam was postponed. After a few days of wondering what to do next, he decided to put the notes that he had put together over the past several years online.

Since then, he has maintained the website to serve as a resource and teaching tool. He is thrilled to hear that many have found it useful.
